1. Can you make this in carbon fiber?

 The answer is yes in most cases, yes, we can. Our manufacturing process includes filament winding, compression molding, vacuum bagging, resin transfer molding, pultrusion. We have rich experience in making composite products, tubes, irregular shaped parts, small exquisite parts, large parts,  car hood, enginer covers, front bumpers, rear spoiler, motorcycle fairings, yacht accessories, sailboat parts, bicycle parts, even some aviation products.

2. Do you stock？
As a factory, DJT CARBON doesn’t stock, we arrange production after receiving your purchase order. For a few items, you may can order from us directly, such as carbon fiber tubes, carbon fiber iPhone 5 cases.

3. How do I order?

To place an order, please leave us messages or call us or email to info@djtcarbon.com, letting us know what kind of product you want to make, the use, the request, we will quote soon. We do our best to satisfy all your carbon fiber needs.

4.How do I pay?
You can only pay through bank transfer, our payment term is 100%T/T in advance.

5.What about faulty goods?
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive should be faulty, please contact us by phone or e-mail primarily and we can then discuss the most efficient way of dealing with your return. This doesn’t apply to a sample order.

6.How long is delivery?
It usually takes 15 to 35 days of an order being placed according to the difficulty and order quantity.

7.How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are dependant on size and weight so will vary greatly depending on your order. You will be given a price when you place your order.

8.Who delivers the parcels?
We mainly use EMS, for it is charged by weight, and carbon fiber parts are light, we use DHL, UPS or Fedex for long parcels, you can also choose air freight or ocean shipping.

9.Do you offer technical support?

Advice or assistance is provided for any product purchased from DJT Carbon Co.,Ltd.
